Where you'll be

Our hike begins by walking through an ancient woodland that is now a National Nature Reserve and then heads to Cwm Cau, a magical spot where we will stop to look at boulders deposited in the last ice age and gaze at the reflections of the surrounding cliffs in the waters of Llyn Cau. We will then climb above the lake, past Mynydd Pencoed and on to the summits of Pen y Gadair and Mynydd Moel, before descending to join our outward path.
