What we’ll do

You will experience a stretch of the most spectacular part of the North Cornwall coastline. This hike is very varied with easy pathways, beaches, rocky climbs and long stretches of grassland. The highlight is the views at Stepper Point, the coastguard lookout, built back in the 1920's. Please bring water, warm clothing, a waterproof jacket, good hiking footwear, and a camera. For bird lovers, don't forget your binoculars! You will also need some money for coffee or wine later!

Where you'll be

Our walk starts in the pretty harbour town of Padstow, Cornwall. We'll begin by walking up to the Memorial to get a full view of the Estuary, before heading out on the coastal path, through the dunes, and climbing up to Stepper Point. You'll see one of the most spectacular panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, before we hike across towards Trevone Bay, passing the dramatic coastline Pepper Hole. Bird and plant life is varied so be prepared
