What you'll do
I want to share with you our treasure: our Nonna (GRANDMA') and Nunzia. We gonna start with a quick walk through the old town, just to introduce you to the Barese mood. hAfter we gonna join Nunzia home where they will teach you how to make perfect handmade APULIAN world famous pasta from scratch, orecchiette, they gonna give you some tips on italian kitchen, and some secrets. After that we gonna eat what we made and have a typical "barese" sunday lunch (what we eat usually on sundays ), using the freshest local seasonal products from our region. We gonna serve some apulian starters 2 main course and a typical dessert. You gonna love it!

I’m a professional Chef from more then 6 years, working around the world, but my passion for the kitchen comes from my grandma' and Nunzia my uncle that are the most ancient "pasta maker" in the city, thanks to their legacy we are still able to teach to the new generations our traditions. Nunzia was the inspiration and the master of a lot of world famous chefs! The recipes you'll learn are part our region treasure...a culinary diamonds of Italy that we hope you'll love!
