What you'll do
I will be teaching you the basics of making fresh pasta! and show you the WHY of whats going through the process. You can choose if you wish to join and practice the art of making fresh pasta or just looking at the demo and learn from it. As well I will be teaching you a couple different sauces very easy to make so You can impress your friends back home! that you learned to make pasta in Costa Rica!.

Hello there! My name is Manuele and I am a Young 25 year old italian Chef. Since I was a child, fresh pasta was a very big deal in my family, and through the years it has become a passion of mine. In 2018 I was chosen as a Semifinalist of the San Pellegrino Young Chef Competition as one of the best young chefs in the world! This was a very big thing for my professional career and helped grow hugely gastronomicly. I speak English, Spanish and Italian and I love Sports, as well as making friends from all over the world!

Where you'll be
We will be in my home, the setup to make the pasta will be in a balcony with Jungle View, possibly with monkey jumping around, howler monkeys and scarlet macaws
