What you'll do
We’ll start by taking a short walk through San Francisco Alley, located in the heart of San Luis’s beautiful colonial and historic downtown, right next door to an old Franciscan monastery. We'll arrive to Callejon 7b. At Callejon 7b, we’ll have and savor three different styles of beer and engage in a conversation about the processes that took place to create their rich flavors, and discuss the differences between craft vs. industrial made beer. In addition, there will be an introduction about pairing food. There will be three dishes to pair with three different beers. Finally, relax and immerse yourself in an environment where traditional flavors meet modern Mexico.
