What you'll do

We’ll meet you at the entrance to the Glasgow School of Art, before taking a short walk to our warehouse space which embodies everything we love about Glasgow. On arrival, we’ll take you on a comprehensive tour of our current build with a detailed exploration of trailer-based construction. We’ll explore everything from the physical stages and processes, material sourcing, involved in the methodology that’s unique to this type of build. Over snacks and for evening group's adult beverages, Luke and Pete will take a very informal Q&A session discussing anything technical, logistical or simply you would like to learn from our journey. We hope to inspire and assist anyone attracted to building a more sustainable, mortgage free, eco-conscious lifestyle. #NoMortgageNoProblem

Peter

We’re Pete and Luke, the founders of Trossachs Tiny House, a sustainable glamping business based out of Glasgow. Since meeting in America in 2012, we have both been largely project-based; Luke in carpentry and construction and Peter in fine dining and live music. We worked together at the prestigious upstate New York summer camp French Woods Festival of Performing Arts in 2012 and linked up again in 2013 to work site operations at a few boutique music festivals in California. From 2014 Luke lived in Canada worked on alternative and sustainable building projects including a pioneer Earthship build. He eventually returned to Australia to focus on carpentry. Trossachs Tiny house is our first venture together into the glamping market and hopefully the template to adapt into multiple unique tiny homes.
