What you'll do

This 2 hour retreat is the perfect way to start your trip, wrap up a stressful day or reset your week if you are local. We will begin with fresh press juice while you share a little of where you are at mentally, emotionally, spiritually. Depending on the weather, we will likely be outdoors, in the shade by the hammock, for your experience of tuning into the perspective you desire. Seated breathwork will set the foundation for the other activities, and then challenging the breath through physical postures will increase your capacity to carry these tools with you on your journey. You will be periodically guided into short meditations, asking your self specific questions then writing down the responses as you meditate. You will conclude the exercises by a creative flow of the paint brush on canvas as you seal in the experience and continue to receive inner guidance to your questions. At the end of the session, you will take your time and relax while tea and fruit are served. We wrap up with a discussion of ways you will be able to implement a similar experience in your life moving forward.

Mental and physical health operate off the same fuel line. Finding that right balance of keeping my head in the clouds and a solid grasp of efficiency and service has sent me in search of these different tools which I look forward to sharing with you. I am the founder of The Union Health Project, a cognitive behavioral therapy formula using the tools of positive psychology, yoga, nutrition, painting, and journaling to guide others toward getting to the root of their dream goals. I am a certified yoga guide by Rishikesh Yog Peeth for 500 hours in 2014, and I am certified as a Nutrition Therapist by Health Science Academy. Where you'll be

Based on individual preferences, the experience is able to take place in one of three locations: my private residence, the Daniel Island trails, or on the beach. If travel is part of the experience, a mindful activity will be instructed on the car ride over. The experience is the experience.

Cancellation policy

Any experience can be cancelled and fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase, or at least 7 days before the experience starts.

Communication policy

Always communicate through Airbnb. To protect your payment, never transfer money or communicate outside the Airbnb website or app.

Guest requirements

Up to 4 guests ages 18 and up can attend. If you would like to include in your experience some time on a foam surfboard, I would incorporate this into the session. The yoga being offered is intended for the use of breath and postures for the sole aim…

Government ID

You’ll need to take a picture of yourself that matches the photo on your ID. This is so Airbnb can confirm who’s actually going on the experience. You’ll only have to do this once.
