What you'll do

Our first stop is the historical town of Stellenbosch, we'll delve into the culture rich, foodie haven and vibrant streets. We’ll have a quick mini tour of the town’s most impressive streets, and grab a coffee before heading for the Winelands. Tokara OR Delaire Graff Wine Estate: The top of Helshoogte mountain pass brings us to our first winery. Famous for their iconic blends and olive groves, this is a superlative first tasting. Both tasting rooms provide both a cool and warm atmosphere depending on the season, sit out on the balcony at Delaire Graff. On a clear day at Tokara you have unrivaled views over False Bay to Table Mountain. Oldenberg Mountain Vineyards: These breath-taking views set the tone for an unforgettable experience – with the focus on letting our guests understand the sense of place and connect truly with the wines. I struggle to believe there is a better setting to taste wine anywhere in the winelands. Lunch then takes place at either the Boschendal Farm Deli Restaurant, Lust Bistro or the Greenhouse Garden Restaurant at Babylonstoren. The final wine tasting destination is at a boutique, family owned vineyard called Mitres Edge where we are able to host the tasting in their manor house or private underground wine cellar. She often hosts the tasting herself too! By the end you’ll be well wine’d up as we take a slow drive back to your accommodation.

Your hosts

I am the co-founder of Reveler Tours, a new concept in South African travel. People-centric, innovative touring is what it’s all about. Memorable experiences for small groups of between 1 and 6 people. South Africa, it's people and it's landscapes are my biggest passion and priority and it’s my pleasure to showcase and guide visitors around our impressive country. Myself and my partner Ryan are both qualified tourist guides as well as avid nature, wildlife, off-road, food and wine enthusiasts with loads of knowledge relating to local destinations and not so frequented gems. We want you to experience Cape Town at your own pace, it'll be like touring with a best friend! We look forward to celebrating destinations together with you :) Each experience also contributes directly to our very own non profit: The Reveler Foundation.
