What you'll do

Have you ever wanted to try abstract acrylic painting? Come and spend an afternoon in an artists' studio! In this 3 hour workshop you will be gently guided through a project working with acrylics on a small wood panel. The workshop will give you an introduction to colour mixing, composition and working with layers. You will have the opportunity to play and experiment and be inspired by your own creative potential. The workshops are are run in small groups so you will have an opportunity to receive personal feedback and make connections with a small group of fellow painters. Materials, afternoon tea from the famous Allday Donuts + a glass of wine will be provided. Take home your first little ready to hang painting! Belinda will be drawing on her 15 years of practice to help you dive fearlessly in! WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING: 'I realised I am very processed in my thinking and I needed a process to un-process enough to be able to see things completely differently, in a way that is abstract and new to me! Your advice was brilliant' 'Your explanations and the process was so enjoyable, I really like my painting and feel happy with it. So much so that I'm getting it shadow framed'.
