What we’ll do

We willl start by meeting at the Red Town Trailhead at Cougar Mountain Park, and walk the pathways and trails. We will do some Forest Therapy invitations to help us to slow down and notice our surroundings through our senses. Then, we will be creating art based on our observations and experiences. What I’ll provide

Snacks
Light snack will be provided, such as: nuts, chips, and fruits.
Drinks
We will enjoy a tea from a seasonal or local plant.
Transport
Please let me know if you may need a ride from Seattle towards Cougar Mountain!
Equipment
Instructor will provide pencils, paper, paints, and other art materials the participants may be using.

Where you'll be

We will start out at the Red Town Trailhead and head down a more paved the trail towards more secluded areas. We will do some select Forest Therapy invitations in quieter pockets where we can slow down and use our senses to notice beings around us. Our art will happen depending on time, season, and scope of activity and will be in areas where one could find streams, meadows, and cedar groves.

Outdoor activities carry risks, and you may be exposed to dangerous situations as part of this experience. Make sure you can participate safely given your abilities and the conditions (such as location, weather, and equipment).

Cancellation policy

Any experience can be cancelled and fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase, or at least 7 days before the experience starts.

Communication policy

Always communicate through Airbnb. To protect your payment, never transfer money or communicate outside the Airbnb website or app.

Guest requirements

Up to 10 guests ages 10 and up can attend.
