Program of the Traditional Yoga Workshop (8 limbs): - 20 minutes of Yamas & Niyamas (ethics) - 5 minutes from Shat Karma (cleansing) - 30 minutes of Asanas (postures) - 5 minutes of Pratyahara (senses withdrawl) - 10 minutes from Pranayama (breathing) - 5 minutes of Dharana (concentration) - 15 minutes of Dhyana (meditation) Traditional yoga is a spiritual practice that aims to unite with the absolute or the divine, while contemporary yoga focuses more on physical fitness. The different exercises we associate with hatha yoga have been done to prepare the body for long periods of meditation. ** When the weather is not nice, the course is at my home (at the corner of the park) but these groups are limited to 3 people. Influenced by my mentors, students, clients and travels, my mission is to bring a real sense of autonomy to each of my classes and consultations. By teaching with creativity, discipline and humor, my goal is to make each individual independent in his practice. My life is dedicated to the Art of Yoga and its way of life, and my teachings & consultations reflect this choice. Entrepreneur of training (BBA HEC Montréal), musician (Master of Music of the University of Montreal) and Yoga Therapeuthe (dimplomée of the Yoga Therapy Foundation, Rishikesh, India) I am interested in the challenges of modern society (stress, performance, insomnia ...) and techniques to regain the upper hand on these sources of pressure around us. I am also a Therapist, Reiki Master, and Prana Therapist.

Where you'll be
1) Meeting point at 3777 Saint-André, Montreal 2) Good weather days: we move around the corner in the park to have lots of space and enjoy the fresh air 3) Day of bad weather: The course will be at the meeting point, for small groups of 3 people. For larger groups, we will move the course.

Any experience can be cancelled and fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase.
Always communicate through Airbnb. To protect your payment, never transfer money or communicate outside the Airbnb website or app.
Up to 6 guests aged 7 and up can attend.
If you have a yoga mat, it is good to bring it to keep your energy for you. It is always recommended in traditional yoga. Otherwise I'll have big covers for the park. Bring a bottle of water too! And do not eat BEFORE class :)
