What you'll do

Your session will be 60 minutes. The session will start with a full warm-up, followed by a full body workout to meet your needs. The session will conclude with a cool-down of stretching and relaxation.

I am a (NASM) certified and experienced personal trainer. I instruct personal training sessions, partner training, or a small group training. I am passionate about wellness and staying active. The beach is a place I have always found to be beautiful and motivating. I look forward to hosing your workout here.

Where you'll be

Your workout will begin with a warmup walk/jog by the ocean. We will exercise on the beach followed by stretching and relaxation.
