- Identity verified
Raised in the south, I’ve traveled and lived all over the country working as a chef. I fell in love with French sweets making traditional chocolates when I was a teenager. 18 years later, I’m still delighted by whimsy and decadence in food. After running a kitchen and working as a private chef, I’ve returned to my roots in French pastry.
Where you'll be
A trip to the European style market in the French quarter to gather supplies, and then to my home for an intimate cooking class.
