What we’ll do

This run/walk will be a total of about 8K/five miles to and among three Bangkok parks. Here is what we will do. The intensity will depend on your fitness level/interests Meet you at Lumpini Park Rama 4 statue Buy some water Do a warm-up stretching routine Walk/slow jog through a main Bangkok park: About 2 kilometers Take a hidden trail about 3 kilometers to 2nd Bangkok park. What else you should know

Wear your jogging clothes. You might want to carry another pair of shorts and a t-shirt . We will walk/run about 7K to a distant park near the Prompong BTS where I will leave for the foot massage.

Foot massage: I will take you to a local foot massage place for a one-hour foot massage. The fee is included .

Any experience can be cancelled and fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase, or at least 7 days before the experience starts.

Communication policy

Always communicate through Airbnb. To protect your payment, never transfer money or communicate outside the Airbnb website or app.

Guest requirements

Up to 10 guests ages 10 and up can attend.

Government ID

You’ll need to take a picture of yourself that matches the photo on your ID. This is so Airbnb can confirm who’s actually going on the experience. You’ll only have to do this once.
