About your host

I have been trained myself with various bodyweight exercises for more than 8 years. I think bodyweight exercises can help improve yourself in your health, strength and a lot other aspects of your life.

What we’ll do

We will discuss your former sport experiences and your goals in bodyweight exercises if you have such goals, after that I will teach you exercises for that goals, or if you haven't any special goal, I will show you my favourite routines. In the end of the session I will help you with advices to continue with bodyweight exercises and to insert it into your everyday life.

We’ll most likely go to Goldmann György Tér, because there is my favourite public spot for doing bodyweight exercises.
