I'm a native Hawaiian yoga instructor who teaches a unique form of yoga that combines hula and tai chi called Aloha Movement. You will learn traditional Hawaiian culture, language, and stories as I guide you through mindful movement, aligned with your breath, surrounded in nature.
I am a registered yoga instructor (RYT 200) with 7 years of experience. I have lived on O'ahu my entire life, and attended Kamehameha Schools--exclusive to people with Hawaiian ancestry--where I reconnected to my Hawaiian roots and traditions. The Hawaiian way of life is passed down to me through many generations, and I humbly share them with you.
It is my passion to share the spirit of Aloha (love) and the stories of the 'Aina (land) while uniting students to their 'Uhane (Inner Self).

Courtney's yoga session was awesome. It taught me a lot about Hawaiian culture and the significance of movements and words. I loved it. I even teared up during one portion because I felt so relaxed and connected.
Courtney also leads various personal development/healing workshops and I attended one of those. She's awesome.

Courtney created a focused connection with others, with nature and with our ancestors through an integration of practices. She included the Hawaiian language and traditions of hula alongside yoga and tai chi. I would highly recommend this experience to get away from the typical tourist sites and spend some time learning and exploring Hawaii and our interconnection.

Courtney was the best! It was raining and she gave us the option to postpone or cancel, but we decided to stick with it. She tailored to our comfort levels which made my family feel at ease. It definitely was one of the best activities for a ladies trip. Cherry on top was seeing the double 🌈!
