What we’ll do

We will start with a short hello to each other and then do some yoga-style stretches to loosen and relax our muscles for about 15 minutes. Then you will find a comfortable position to relax and I will lead you into a healing and revitalising guided meditation with soothing music. All followed by a gentle re-energising stretch. Where you'll be

The session will take place in a warm, bright, airy, quirkily-decorated room. You will visit miraculous, healing imaginary spaces in your mind!
