What you'll do
from the city center we will take a bus for a few minutes to start our walking trail, the walk requires a medium level of experience in hiking, it will take us about 1h and a half to reach this magical place where we will enjoy a session of meditation in contact with nature. We will enjoy a healthy snack and we will return to the city full of positive energy and an unforgettable experience !! Devote a little time to meditation to align body, soul and spirit, allows us to look at certain circumstances of life from a different perspective to improve them from this new angle of vision, it will also bring us benefits at a physical level, balancing the rhythm of the functions of our body.
