We'll explore the benefits of keeping your tummy healthy. We'll focus on the art of waistbeads, their many meanings, and color significations while sipping kambucha, and jalapeno water. We will make single or double layered waistbeads for gifts or personal use. Remember to have accurate measurements if for gifts.

Our waist bead experience went above and beyond just beads. We had a great conversation and loved connecting with Gina. Assembling the beads was a great way for my girlfriend and me to bond and relax while obtaining knowledge of health and wellness and the history of waist beads.
