What you'll do
We will be meeting at Urban Table Culinary Arts where my private kitchen is. You'll be learning to make Xiao Long Bao from scratch including making wraps, fillings, and how to twist the wraps into a beautiful Xiao Long Bao. We will steam individual basket of Xiao Long Bao, with healthy stir-fried Chinese Kale, we will enjoy the oriental lunch together. Authentic Chinese tea will be served to complete the meal.

Former neurobiology lab analyst at Duke University, now co-founder of Urban Table Culinary Arts. Born and raised in Hainan Island in China, lived in Europe other than US, and gained my French Culinary Art degree in Ferrandi, Paris. We will be making individual basket of Xiao Long Bao as lunches, as well as stir-fried Chinese Kyle.

All the ingredients and tools used for making Xiao Long Bao will be provided.
Where you'll be
Urban Table Culinary Arts is locating at Totem Lake, Kirkland, right off HW405 exit 20. Google maps will lead you right to us, roads sides are available when you enter the road between a green&yellow retail store (soon to be a Mexican restaurant chain) and Stage 7 Pianos. The plaza has plenty parking spaces; if not, more will be available in the back of the building.
Things to keep in mind
If requested, the host can accommodate the dietary needs listed. You must let the host know before the experience if you’d like your needs to be accommodated.
Any experience can be cancelled and fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase, or at least 7 days before the experience starts.
Always communicate through Airbnb. To protect your payment, never transfer money or communicate outside the Airbnb website or app.

You’ll need to take a picture of yourself that matches the photo on your ID. This is so Airbnb can confirm who’s actually going on the experience. You’ll only have to do this once.
Closed-toed shoes are always suggested to be worn, since kitchen is always full of surprise, one should always be cautious.
