Welcome to Nicholas street, which was once the main street in Limericks medieval quarter, near King Johns Castle. When you arrive you'll notice that it is a place rich of heritage and culture, and if I do my job well, you will leave with a little bit of it! Every child in Ireland is handed a tin whistle in school and taught how to play a tune or two, so you will be given a tin whistle that you…

Musical Instrument - Tin Whistle is provided and you keep it. Any advice especially regarding local music sessions and sights is absolutely free.

Where you'll be

Located right in the heart of Limericks medieval quarter, on which was long ago, the main street of Limerick City - Nicholas street, we will be a stones throw from King Johns Castle and St. Marys Cathedral. Despite the beautiful historic location, our attention will be focused on the transference of traditional Irish music, even pre-dating the surrounding architecture!
