What we’ll do

We will meet in the park at the entrance, stretch out for 5-10 minutes. Then we will slowly start running, the pace will be such that everyone is comfortable. Duration will be 1 hour or 1: 30 depending on your training.

What to bring

Take along sneakers, a T-shirt, shorts, (if there are signs of wet weather, you should take sports waterproof clothing, if you need to wear sports thermo clothes and a hat if the temperature is below 15 ° C), some water and a good mood.

Jogging will take place in one of the most picturesque parks in London, which is a national nature reserve and protected area.
