What we’ll do

The experience will begin with a short meditation in order to energise you mentally and physically, bring a heightened awareness to your body and relax your mind. What I’ll provide

Some homemade snacks will be provided such as cookies or banana bread along with some cold drinks or tea, depending on the weather.
Sports equipment
A yoga mat can be provided on request. Any other exercise equipment that is required will be provided.

What to bring

Yoga mat or towel (host can provide on request)
Opal transport card with sufficient funds, approximately $4.00

Where you'll be

We will start in the North Harbour Reserve and make our way along the Manly to Spit walk, making stops on the way to explore hidden beaches and lookout points, where we will strength train, using the beautiful natural world as our gym, mediate, practice yoga and go swimming in the beautiful ocean.

Guest requirements

Up to 10 guests ages 18 and up can attend. Guests should be reasonably fit as we will be walking for approximately 3 hours with some steep hills and there is also plenty of additional physical exercise involved, although you can go at your own pace…
