This class is held on our outdoor lanai.
A blend of therapeutic movement, deep stretching and meditation. This class blends gentle movement to alleviate tightness and increase mobility in the areas of the body where we all need it. Most of the postures are reclined or seated and use a variety of props. This class is an all levels class designed for EVERYONE, whether you are new to yoga or are an experienced athlete. If you are looking to heal your body and relax -- this is the class for you.
This is an all levels class and is suitable for beginners and advanced students. Our evening times typically include sound healing at the end of class.

I am a 200 hour E-RYT (expereinced registered yoga teacher). I teach yoga all over the island and love teaching in nature! My favorite thing about doing and teaching yoga is the people that I meet in class. I have lived in Hawaii for most of my life and I would love to share my space, practice and knowledge of the island with you.

Classes are held at Yoga Under the Palms in Kailua. A 30 minute drive from Waikiki to the east side of the island.
Classes are held in our open air, rooftop yoga studio overlooking the Koolau mountains and Hamakua Marsh. It is truly a retreat like location.
