Learn more about Marlon And Angelica

Marlon And Angelica

I am from Trinidad and Tobago and would like to share my food, drink, and music with guest. I learned a lot of family recipes growing up and thus I am qualified to teach others these recipes. People’s palates will be surprised! Not many people know much about my Island and I feel that as a Trinidadian, I can empower them by educating them about these tiny beautiful islands. Further, I have travelled around the world such as: Cuba, Spain, Puerto Rico, Dubai, Japan, Thailand, and Iraq. Due to my travels, I have learned a lot about spices and how to make delicious ethnic foods. Come and break bread and make friends!
