About The National Forest Company

The National Forest is one of the country’s most ambitious and highly regarded environmental projects with sustainable development at its heart, transforming 200 square miles across parts of Derbyshire, Leicestershire and Staffordshire. Forest Bathing is a reflective experience. Group sizes are intentionally small, typically no more than 10 people. To ensure everyone benefits from the experience, we have a strict no dogs policy.

Where you'll be

The walks will start from the YHA National Forest in Moira where I'll provide a briefing. We'll then head out into the young woodlands within the heart of the National Forest for a two hour Forest Bathing walk. Nature poetry will be read and the walk will end with a tea ceremony from wild foraged plants.
