What you'll do

You've seen ghost hunting on TV — come try it yourself! Borrow my tools and let me teach you how and take you there. The Japanese deeply fear their ghosts. They believe ghosts want to, will, and do harm living people. They think ghosts wish others to die, to have more company. Places where people have died are shunned. Homes don't sell. Rental properties go for ridiculously low prices. Few Japanese will knowingly move in. We go to five sites of horrific events that may have caused ghosts to remain. I'll tell you five secret-until-now stories, revealed by reluctant Japanese locals and confirmed by researching public records. All locations are public places. You may scan, record, video, photograph, and attempt to communicate with the spirits. But please talk and walk quietly! Locals live near (yes, even in!) the sites. Most remain unaware of the scary history. After we have visited the sites, we return to Starbucks to regroup and assess your experience. NOTE: What you see or hear or record is what you get... (If you want to see ghosts in your mind, book my Experience "See and Hear Ghosts")

See all my experiences here: http://www.zapmymind.com/p/visiting-kobe-try-exciting-experience.html I'm Professor Jay Tee, Asia's "Lightning-fast Hypnotist." How about a Shocking, Mind-Zapping Experience while you're here in Japan? I've spent over 20 years in "Zapping" other people's minds with hypnosis on stage and in therapy. I have lived here in beautiful Kobe, Japan since 2007. I teach part-time at university, and also do hypnosis shows and seminars here in Asia and on cruise ships. Please NOTE: This Experience does NOT include any hypnotic preparation! What you see or hear or record is what you get...

What's included

Equipment
Ghost Hunting EMF meter used for detecting "spiritual" energy (I have two of the famous K-II's). I loan these to the group…

Where you'll be

I'm going to introduce you to five secret sites, where ghosts are likely to have been released. All locations are public places where you are welcome to scan, video, photograph, and even attempt to communicate with the dead. Please remain quiet, however: many people live in nearby homes and apartments.

Things to keep in mind

Cancellation policy

Any experience can be cancelled and fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase, or at least 7 days before the experience starts.

Communication policy

Always communicate through Airbnb. To protect your payment, never transfer money or communicate outside the Airbnb website or app.

Guest requirements

Up to 10 guests ages 18 and up can attend. Wear comfortable shoes and clothing. May need umbrella; this is an outdoor walk-and-talk and subject to good and bad weather. PLEASE Book early! I'm busy, so my Experiences are Unscheduled by AirBNB if nobody…

More tips

Unlike many of my other tours, this is a spiritual experience and a walking history-type tour, not a hypnosis experience. You may be frightened, but it's all happening in the real world.
