What you'll do

My house where we will be is close to museum of Yugoslavia, we can meet in front of the museum. And of course, we will go to museum, see interesting history of Yugoslavia and visit Tito's grave. Then we will visit church of Saint Gabriel the Archangel. Than we will pass near Partizan football Stadium and go to my house. When we arrive in the house I will serve you our brandy "rakija" and Serbian classic appetizer "meze"-pork and beef smoked meat, white and semi hard cheese and cheese pie "gibanica". Rakija is my own product and I will tell you about traditional production of rakija and wine. I will show you my pictures and videos about Belgrade and tell you interesting stories from rich Belgrade history and our today's life. Also I will tell you about Serbia, our fantastic Natural Beauties, our 800 years old monasteries and our Orthodox religion, especially our unique customs "slava" . For drink we will taste my own domestic red wine.

I live in Belgrade whole my life, and I love Belgrade whole my life. Although it is changed a lot in last thirty years it is still 2300 years old city. I had a privilege to feel and taste Belgrade in golden '80, city of Rock & Roll, Black wave film movement and fantastic original restaurants - kafana. Beside Belgrade my passion is cooking, I have been cooking for my family and friends over 20 years. I love very much classic Serbian cuisine but also I like to experiment. Which brings me to Airbnb where I am hosting my house for a year and a half and during which period I met very interesting people and learned about other cuisines. Since my house is near museum of Yugoslavia and church of Saint Gabriel I would like to show to my guests how we lived in former Yugoslavia and talk about our Orthodox church and our customs.
