What you'll do

**Available in the Winter** Together we will get fit in the outdoors and connect with nature! We will start with a 30 Minute Dynamic Stretching workout to get us warmed up and then we will head out on a neighborhood hike that should take us about an hour and 15 minutes round trip [give or take depending on our speed]. We'll end our nature-based fitness session with 5-10 minutes of meditation and reflection where I hope you will feel invigorated and inspired ready to take on the rest of your day!

I absolutely love being active, healthy, and exploring the outdoors. This journey has taken me from traditional PR for Major League Baseball in NYC, working at Vail Mountain in Colorado as on-mountain guest service liaison, to a PR and social media strategist for agencies and brands in the outdoor space like Marmot, Camelbak, SPY Optics, REI Outessa Summit, and most recently co-hosting, creating sponsorship opportunities, and teaching workouts at a women's ski retreat. While these have all been rad experiences, what I am really passionate about is being active, moving my body, and being outdoors. I am an ACE-certified personal trainer that combines: fitness, outdoor pursuits, adventure facilitation, and mindfulness to create a holistic approach to health, wellness and exercise

Where you'll be

If you are new to the area and aren't familiar with our trails I'd be happy to show you some of the off the beaten track spots that you wouldn't know about with some great views of the area.

Outdoor activities carry risks, and you may be exposed to dangerous situations as part of this experience. Make sure you can participate safely given your abilities and the conditions (such as location, weather, and equipment).

Things to keep in mind

Cancellation policy

Any experience can be cancelled and fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase, or at least 7 days before the experience starts.

Communication policy

Always communicate through Airbnb. To protect your payment, never transfer money or communicate outside the Airbnb website or app.

Guest requirements

Up to 2 guests ages 21 and up can attend. Guests should be comfortable working out in the outdoors

Government ID

You’ll need to take a picture of yourself that matches the photo on your ID. This is so Airbnb can confirm who’s actually going on the experience. You’ll only have to do this once.
