Stephen Brown: Born in Glasgow, has been in the hospitality business all his working life, with 30 years experience of the UK food & beverage business and is an accomplished chef. Stephen successfully worked his way right up to regional manager of various national food & drink chains. His flair for food also led to a 5 year period as Chef/patron of his own restaurant located within the Loch Lomond National Park. He is an experienced chef, and an excellent and entertaining host Lee Rooney, a native of Galway, Ireland, came to Scotland in 1994, fell in love and never left. Lee established 'HaggisUk.co.uk', which is the UK and Europe’s leading distributor of Scottish Haggis online, suppling over 8000kg of haggis per year worldwide. A true Celt, Lee is a real people person and more than happy to exercise the “gift of the gab”.
