What we’ll do

You will be welcomed with a healthy juice and an small introduction which consists of some professional information about myself and the dishes we will sample. Within the classes I talk about every ingredient of each dish and it's health benefits plus the best way to prepare and cook the dish - if needed. To taste is a very important part of each class. We will be needing any allergies and food intolerance information off all guests, and will send them with their reservation a small questionnaire

What I’ll provide

Food
Tastings of the food that is prepared in class. A minimum of three dishes are sampled. Individual ingredients are presented to you to make you aware of the quality and what to look/ smell for when you buy. You will be asked before each class if you have any food intolerances or allergies.
Juice and Water
A fruit/vegetable juice(s) will be served. Alcohol is not provided nor is it acceptable to bring your own
Equipment
You will receive on the same day the recipes and method of the dishes shown in your class. We can provide you with a detailed shopping list for the dishes shown that day and where to buy the various ingredients.

What to bring

There is no need to bring anything with you.Pen, paper etc will be provided by us

Where you'll be

Our food classes are held on a farm in south Leicestershire within quite stunning scenery. Easy accessible from London ST Pancras - 1 hour train journey to Market Harborough - pick up can be arranged at no extra costs - and close access via the M1, M6 and A14

Things to keep in mind

Cancellation policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 7 days before the experience is scheduled to start or within 24 hours of purchase.

Communication policy

Always communicate through Airbnb. To protect your payment, never transfer money or communicate outside the Airbnb website or app.

Guest requirements

Up to 8 guests aged 18 and up can attend.

Government ID

You’ll need to take a picture of yourself that matches the photo on your ID. This is so Airbnb can confirm who’s actually going on the experience. You’ll only have to do this once.
