Take some time out to breathe, taste and get body connected during this belly calming session of meditation – and chocolate! This workshop is a gentle session focussed on soothing your body and helping you feel connected with your senses. What else you should know

You’ll be most comfortable if you wear loose clothing, but wear whatever feels best for you. I’ll provide yoga mats and supports, but please do bring your own mat if you prefer. Most of the meditations are done seated, but there’s will also be an option to lie down for the final meditation.

Where you'll be

This workshop takes place in a beautiful and serene studio tucked away in an unusual corner of Islington. It has been designed to promote creative and wellbeing events. I'm still amazed as how calm it can feel even in the middle of a busy city. This venue is particularly special part of the hire fees go back into running events for the local community and residents.

Cancellation policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 7 days before the experience is scheduled to start or within 24 hours of purchase.

Communication policy

Always communicate through Airbnb. To protect your payment, never transfer money or communicate outside the Airbnb website or app.

Guest requirements

Up to 10 guests aged 18 and up can attend.

Government ID

You’ll need to take a picture of yourself that matches the photo on your ID. This is so Airbnb can confirm who’s actually going on the experience. You’ll only have to do this once.
