What you'll do

You'll jump right into the action as a new order for a special event will takes us by surprise in the kitchen. We will have exactly 2 hours to prepare all the tapas required for the order. I will be the chef, and you guys will be my sous-chef. Communication is the key in a kitchen. We will work as a team in order to realize everything required. Together, we will be preparing : (the size of the order will depend on the size of the group) 1. Homemade bruschettas on bread sticks Ingredients : bread stick, fresh tomatoes, white onions, garlic, olive oil, italian seasoning, fresh basilic, tomato sauce 2. Goat cheese and bacon foliated crescent Ingredients : Goat cheese, tabasco, sour cream, bacon, crescent paste, butter 3. Shrimps homemade salsa Ingredients : Fresh shrimps, mango, red onions, tomatoes, coriander, salt, pepper, lemon juice Of course, we're here to have fun ! while we cook, I'll propose you something to drink (wine, beer, soda, juice, water). When everything is ready, we will have the pleasure to taste everything that we have cooked. We will sit in the dining room and share together a great diner. Looking forward to share my passion with you !

When I was 7 years old, I fell in love with food, and it didn't stop growing ever since. There's something special about cooking, it reminds me of my childhood; the smells of a good spaghetti sauce, or a simple meal for a good family diner. When I was 16 years old, I started working in some restaurants of Quebec city. I became a sous-chef 5 years ago in small Italian restaurant. Two years ago, I decided to start my own Tapas catering on my free time, between my shifts at the restaurant. I realized quickly that working as a caterer is way different than working in a restaurant. There's a lot of pressure about the timing of every meal that you have to prepare. You also need to think about the conservation of the preparations while you transport them from the kitchen to the event. I want to bring YOU in my day to day life as a caterer !
