What you'll do
Let’s demystify the craft cocktail! First we will learn a bit about the liquors and ingredients we will be using in our beverages. We will be using fresh herbs, spices, teas, flowers, and no simple syrup(instead of white sugar, we will use better, natural sweeteners) to create unique, healthier cocktails. Then you’ll learn how to properly execute these drinks by jumping right in and making them, utilizing many bartending techniques. I will share tips and tricks of professional bartenders so you can impress your friends at your own cocktail parties...
I have over 15 years in the service industry, have worked as a bartender in Manhattan, San Francisco, and Lake Tahoe. Craft cocktails became a passion of mine when I honed my skills working and studying under a well-known San Francisco mixologist who has been featured in several cocktail magazines.
I will provide some breadsticks / cracker snacks to cleanse the palate between tastes
We will make four different cocktails. Everyone will get a taster of each one (those tastes will equal one whole cocktail.)…
