What you'll do
My class is great for all level practitioners - it focuses on the basics of yoga and is slower paced. There will be a gentle approach to performing basic yoga postures while focusing on breath & alignment. You will stretch and elongate your physical body while establishing a sense of peace and relaxation. A regular practice can change how we feel not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. It enhances feelings of happiness and wellbeing, helps to release sadness, encouraging relaxation & dynamism, so come along & enjoy some ‘Me' time.
Hi, my name is Claudia, also known as Cloud. My path in Yoga started at a time when I faced a lot of challenges and I knew I had to change my life to live with purpose and keep healthy in body, mind and spirit. I quit my job, packed my bags, took my yoga mat and left to the unknown. I was ready and excited about my new life. My travels brought me to India where I did my Yoga Teacher Training course as well as an Aerial Yoga Teacher Training course. I have been teaching ever since and further deepen my practice.

Where you'll be
The class will take place in the beautiful peaceful gardens of Katakata on a specially designed wooden platform which is also weatherproof so we can practise in each weather. At Katakata you can enjoy fresh juices and delicious vegetarian & vegan food after your practise if you wish to do so.
