My name is Jennifer Watkins, I am a fifth generation native of Murrells Inlet and own the General Store in town. My grandfather had the first oyster roast in town and the local park on the Marsh is named after him. I have grown up crabbing these waters and do it every chance I get! What we’ll do

We will meet at the Murrells Inlet General store where we will have a packaged lunch from our deli ready to go. We will then head over to the dock where we will bait our crab lines and set up the crab basket and net. We will spend the next two hours crabbing, with a break in between for lunch/snack. When we are finished you will be able to take what ever catch you have home and cook it up for…

Where you'll be

We will start at the Murrells Inlet General Store, a local gathering place and historic building. We will then head over to Morse Park, the location of the first Oyster Roast in Murrells Inlet and where many fisherman have set out to sea. After our adventure we will head back to the General store for a delicious cone of soft serve.

Guest requirements

Up to 7 guests ages 10 and up can attend. Guests must wear close toed shoes.

Government ID

You’ll need to take a picture of yourself that matches the photo on your ID. This is so Airbnb can confirm who’s actually going on the experience. You’ll only have to do this once.
