I'm an architecture postgraduate student and also member of Urban Sketcher Penang Group. Born and raised in Penang, pursuing architecture in the only APEX university in Malaysia (University Science Malaysia). I've been active in Urban Sketcher Penang Group, exploring Penang thru sketches with a bunch of passionate and decent artists & architects.

These two disciplines have created a direct links between my education as an architect while my interest & hobby as an artist, making me more easier to bring you to sketch at local Penang's favourite spot & explaining every story of architecture & history existed in every nook and cranny of Penang from a local professional's perspective.

As an passionate artist, I wish to share my hobby with you.
As an future architect, I'm happy to tell the story & history of architecture in Penang to you.

Py was a wonderful host. My daughter and I learning about the architectural history of Georgetown and enjoyed sketching the cityscape. After the class, we bought paper, pens and watercolors so we could sketch on the rest of our trip in Malaysia. A fun and unique experience.

This tour was really awesome! We learned a ton and enjoyed sketching three unique buildings. They brought all the supplies and inspired us to urban sketch during the rest of our trip. They really did a lot to make it personal - taking pictures of us, giving advice on sketching, and having a strong understanding of the architectural design. Highly recommend :)

Me and my sister had an amazing time on Py's urban sketching tour. We both felt that we saw a different side of Penang that we wouldn't necessarily experience otherwise, and both Py and Wei were super friendly and knowledgeable about the architecture (and also gave us some great sketching tips). I really recommend this experience :)
