This guest house is rented on a seasonal basis, for medium- or short-term stays, for use other than as a dwelling, and rentals for tourist purposes are not permitted, except for the reasons set out in the civil regulations. Therefore, a private contract will be signed between the parties upon handover of the keys, and proof of identity will be required.
