The house is located by the sea with a view of the fjord. On the other side of the fjord is Kalsoy, where the last James Bond film ended. The 150-year-old Pershús has recently been renovated. It is perfect for couples and families with children. There is opportunity for activities. Quiet walks and hiking. The local å Storá is everyone's playground. There are good conditions for fishing and fishing gear is available. There is free parking, Wi-Fi and cable TV.

The house is situated in the middle of the Viking village of Kvívík. Even though the house itself is from early 1800s, the interior is just recently refurnished. It is a perfect place to settle down, relax and breathe in the calmness and history of the Faroe Islands. It is 3-4 km from Leynarvatn – the most popular salmon fishing lake of the Faroe Islands.
