Charming 1-bedroom apartment on the 1st floor of a private house. The apartment is located in a small village in Midtfyn, a few kilometers from shopping, only a quarter of an hour from Svendborg and 20 minutes from Odense on the nearby highway, which is not a problem. The view shows the scenic side of Funen just 5 km from Egeskov Castle and a few hundred meters from fields, forests and a small river. The apartment has a private bathroom with washing machine, cozy kitchen with small oven, hobs and dining area, as well as a living room with TV, double bed and pull-out sofa.

We live in a lovely bricklayer's villa from 1900, where we rent out our basement apartment. The basement was renovated in 2022 and has its own entrance. In the basement there is a bedroom with double bed (160 x 200 cm), living room with sofa bed (140 x 200), kitchen and bathroom. You will stay centrally in Svendborg Vest - a short distance to the city center, forest and beach. There is free parking in front of the home. There is about 10 minutes walk to/from the train station Svendborg Vest and it is easy to get here from the highway.
