Family-friendly holiday rentals in Fabriano

It was such a wonderful place to stay, and we wish we could have stayed longer! Angela and her son were very helpful and hospitable. The place itself was so beautiful, and you certainly can't beat Assisi. I told Angela that we would be bringing a baby and a toddler, and she had a crib set out and ready for us, along with a high chair and bibs. She even provided coffee and cornetti for breakfast. We are so grateful and hope to be back soon!

Amazing stay, would highly recommend

We had a great time at Paola's Airbnb. It was well equipped for everything we needed. Paola was very responsive to all of our questions and had great recommendations. It was very nice having a garage for the car. Check in and check out were very simple. The mini metro is very close that can easily take you into the historical district. Wonderful Airbnb in Perugia. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place as pictured. We had trouble finding it at first, but it was our GPS issues. Giulio was responsive when I contacted him. Unfortunately it rained every day we were there. So we didn’t get to enjoy the beautiful outdoor areas.

I would recommend this place, a small haven of peace nestled in local history, very nice heritage rehabilitation. Comfortable, well located, easy to access by bus from the train station and after all is on foot through the village through the medieval streets. Maria Letizia was very helpful and responsive when I arrived and gave good advice for the stay. Would definitely stay again 😍

Our stay was great overall—the space was clean and well-maintained, and the host was welcoming and helpful. However, we did find the heating a bit insufficient, which made the nights a little chilly. Despite that, we still had an enjoyable experience

Really beautiful. The property and views were just what we wanted. Away from everything. Just the countryside with clean fresh air. Pietro and Cristina were great. We really enjoyed our time there.

Donata and her husband welcomed us warmly, Donata is very available and explains everything we can do nearby (parks, aquarium, monuments) the landscape is beautiful, the environment is extremely quiet, very beautiful place to recharge as a family, full of board games for children of all ages and full of books, also the outdoor games cabin and slide perfect for children, the pool is extra (salt water, hot and level) with the panorama of Sogliano el Rubicone, functional accommodation extremely clean with everything you need, the bathrooms are perfect and well equipped with eco-friendly products, we had a great stay, thank you to Donata and her husband for the welcome and their kindness we recommend this b&b perfect for a family

We had a great stay at Casa Uliveto! The grounds are spectacular- so much space, beautiful views, gorgeous pool (which was too cold to use when we were there but was still nice to look at), and my kids loved the tennis court and soccer field. They would never have left the grounds if we’d let them! The house had plenty of room for our larger group and was comfortable and clean, though not fancy. Andrea was extremely responsive and helpful before and during our stay. He arranged a chef to cook for us one night and give us a cooking class the next day. Both got rave reviews. But the highlight for me was the private wine tasting with Paulo! Absolutely fabulous! I would definitely stay here again.

Small apartment in a wonderful context, with a view of the hills around Assisi and a pool that we could not use because it was still cold. Inside as pictured, bathroom a little small but complete with everything and everything new including the bedroom furnishings and the kitchen. Great independent heating given the rainy and damp days. Roberta host present and responsive, recommended local restaurants and resolved a small issue in no time. I recommend it for those who want a quiet place outside the village, and with the Umbrian villages around Assisi at your fingertips! I would definitely go back.

Francesco's place is comfortable, spacious, and clean. The location is excellent, you are in the city center one step away from all the monuments, the rooms are clean, well organized and equipped with everything you need. Francesco was a wonderful host, always super responsive and available to help us. We hope to have more opportunities to stay at your wonderful Minerva guest house!

Excellent location. Incredible view of the palace and everything is walkable and close. Terrific and responsive. Quiet at night. Seriously- the view of the palace is amazing.

David & Silvia were excellent hosts of an awesome property! The house was spotless and had all of the necessary amenities. It was quiet and a short walk to the sea, to great local restaurants and to a wonderful supermarket. Parking was super easy and Marotta is a great location to explore the region from Ancona in the south, to Bologna in the north and west into the hills and beautiful cities like Urbino. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect, location, communication, the house. The pool, that we shared with the rest of the houses of the villa, was fantastic. Also, there are two dogs and a cat who were really nice, even where I am usually a bit scared of dogs. We would like to repeat in the future. Just to let others guests know don’t forget to bring your own gel and shampoo.

The house is simply wonderful. You quickly feel at home and can simply relax quickly with the quiet location. Gabriella and her husband Mauro are incredibly friendly, warm and helpful. We are already looking forward to next time.

Antonio is a very nice host who always takes care of the house and his guests. The 4 apartments were very good and also convenient for our group vacation. Parking is more than enough on the property as cars are also mandatory to get to the house. Furthermore, the pool is very good and also very large. Enough space to have fun. Antonio came several times to clean the pool, which was very good. Other shade options such as umbrellas or another pavilion would be good, otherwise you have to take them with you beforehand.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Il Montale is a very peaceful and calm place to enjoy calm holidays. Our home and also the outside and pool area was amazing. Also Pesaro, Urbino, Rimini, San Marino are close by to reach by car.

Anna’s house is stunning and tucked away in such a beautiful quiet location. The people who take care of the house were kind and our two year old loved him. Would highly recommend anyone who wants a quiet get away from the hustle and bustle of life to stay here.

A truly magical experience and the perfect place to stay. We spent 5 nights in this special house with the most breathtaking views. A wonderful place to stay and explore the local area. The house is equipped with everything you need and more. The personalised meet and greet was a lovely way to start our stay. You will not be disappointed if you choose to book this beautiful house. I took three kids to Roberta and Vania's house and it is just perfect. Close to San Severino but also perfectly placed to go exploring in the immediate area. The house itself is wonderful and the pool kept the kids busy! Very relaxing and could not recommend enough. Vania and Roberta were always contactable and are so kind and friendly.
