We rent out our modern detached house in the summer paradise Nesbrygga. Good sun conditions. The detached house is located with immediate proximity to the water, different beaches and boating. Only 300 meters down to the nearest swimming area. :) Location at the end of a dead end road and has very little insight from neighbors. The house is rented for a minimum of 3 days. The rental cost is paid in advance before the start of the rental period. Mandatory cleaning of the house at NOK 1500,-

Villaen ligger på idylliske Husøy på utsiden av Tønsberg. Husøy er en øy med ca. 1000 innbyggere. På øya vår har vi golfbane, flere badestrender, fotballbane og en vakker kyststi. Nærmeste strand ca 500 meter fra huset har brygge, strand, lekeplass og volleyballbane. Her går også Ole3 som er en ferje som går over til Husvik. Denne er gratis og man kan ha med sykler på båten. Nærmeste matbutikk ligger ca. 1 km fra huset. Det er 10 min fra Tønsberg og Tønsberg brygge med bil.

Seaside house on Nøtterøy with sleeping accommodation for 8 people

Flott hus med fantastisk beliggenhet kun 200 meter fra sjøen med bading, fisking og båtliv. Gode bussforbindelser flere ganger i timen. Umiddelbar nærhet til strand, fiske og bading. Tønsberg og Verdens Ende ligger en kort kjøretur unna. Leier ut mellom 15.juni og 2.august. Huset har 3 soverom og soveplass til 6-8 personer. Stor parkeringsplass, lysthus med to soveplasser, ute møbler, gass-grill, spill, innlagt fiber, 75" TV, sengetøy, håndklær, lading for elbil.
