Welcome to Castanheiro. Our property is a recently refurbished house built around a century old chestnut tree. A spacious terrace offers a panoramic view of the Santa Cruz Bay. It is conveniently located in Lagoa and within a 3 min walking distance to the ocean . A stroll to natural swimming pools will take you 10 min. The house was lovingly restored to maintain its original stone features. A perfect place to enjoy with family and friends as it comfortably accomodates up to 6 people.

SARA conVida - Urban Park Residence

The «SARA conVida – Parque Urbano Residence» villa is a 2 bedroom house, with a private outdoor space. It is completely renovated, with modern and minimalist decor, providing a cozy and inviting space for a peaceful stay. Located in the center of Ponta Delgada, next to the Urban Park. The calm and security of the area stands out. You can walk to the city center in less than 20 minutes. By car, you have easy access to the island's many tourist attractions. Free parking next to the house.

Sea Roots - Sea zone

Sea Roots "Sea Zone" is located in Mosteiros, a favourite for holidays amongst the island residents for its great weather, rock pools, fishing, diving and the amazing sunsets, which can only be contemplated from the western tip. It comfortably suits up to 4 people and is part of a property where we also live. Just cross the road for a swim in crystal clear pools, and enjoy the most amazing sunsets while dining outside, this house is perfect for a relaxing holiday!

Casa do Galo

Casa do Galo is a five-minute walk away from the “green lake”, and only three from the “blue lake”, giving you the opportunity to enjoy, comfortably, the peace and tranquility of the Sete Cidades volcano crater, immersed in the different shades of green. There are several recommended trails in the area which allow guests to explore the beauty of the nearby lakes and the local restaurants give you the chance of tasting the delicious Azorean cuisine.

Old, restored house, integrated into a magnificent garden. Swimming pool and gym. Close to Ponta Delgada, with good access to the entire island. Ideal for relaxing vacations in contact with nature, both in summer and winter. It has air-conditioning and two fireplaces, which give the house a lot of comfort in the winter. An old watermill, which has been recovered as a guest house, surrounded by nature and its beauty where the old riverside sings. Well located in the central part of São Miguel island, and still it has access to several touristic points and you can also visit one of the best surfing beaches in the world.
