Family-friendly holiday rentals in Fajardo

Wonderful stay in Oscar's condo. The views from the balcony were great as was the sand beach just steps away. The beach never had more than 10 people on it which made it seem almost secluded even though it is a pretty large resort. The pool area was great, area restaurants were also equally as great. Very short drive to El Yunque which we spent a day at. Arrive early as road construction up the mountain drops down to one lane more than once and backs traffic up quite a bit as crowds increase. The condo itself was great. Large, spacious, plenty of room for two families to spread out. Highly recommend Oscar's place

Alli’s place was just as expected. Lots of little things left for you to make the first day easy like trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, and toilet paper. It is a little bit of a walk to the beach. We had power outage issues (as did all of PR) but Alli and Derek were very responsive to help us navigate. They are very knowledgeable of the area. Our kids loved the experience. No issues with security. A short drive from the airport to give you the feeling of not being in “the city” but still close enough to everything you need.

We loved our stay and would definitely stay again. Pills were big and never crowded, lots of beach to roam, close to to el Yunque, Luquillo beach, etc.

We had a great time at Lydia’s place. We had plenty of space, it was very clean, golf cart was great addition, and great views! The king bed was very comfortable. We would definitely come back !

Quiet neighborhood that felt safe. Jose’s home was really spacious and the patio was beautiful out back with great views of lush greenery. Places to walk out back. Sleeping was comfortable for the 10 of us that were there. What a great big TV room upstairs and when you open the shutters it was just beautiful. All in all we found the home very nice and relaxing and the location was convenient to San Juan. Some in our group made the trip to the city a couple of times. It rained off and on during our stay, as it often does in the rainforest, but even that looked beautiful under cover of the patio. The community pool is close by, and is nice and large, but I do have to say that it wasn’t that clean on the day we went. Jose was a very responsive and communicative host from time of booking till we left. We had some questions while we were there and he answered almost instantly every time. Thank you Jose for providing a good place for our family to have time together.

We just got back from a week long stay with our family of 5 and had a wonderful time at Diana's place. The location is awesome and the views of the water from the unit were outstanding....just what our family needed. Diana was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the trip. The entire island of PR experienced a brief blackout during our stay and Diana went above and beyond to make us comfortable and accommodate our family above and beyond what other Airbnb hosts would typically do (we travel a lot and use Airbnb frequently). We have 3 young children ages 5 and under and they had a blast. We would not hesitate to recommend Diana and will keep her in mind for future stays beyond just this location. We will be returning!

We had two families stay at the Happy Yellow Beach House and we loved every minute! Accessing the beach was a short walk down a lovely path, the pool and hot tub were so much fun and the house was comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all the basic essentials and we had plenty of towels. It was so convenient to be able to do laundry as well. We loved the bakery and new restaurant at the end of the street and went to the Luquillo Kiosks a few times - it was a great location - easy travel from San Juan! Manny was an excellent host and took care of all our needs, provided recommendations for restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Thank you for a wonderful visit and sharing your piece of PR heaven with us!

To say that Renee is a Superhost is an understatement! We felt that we did not have a host but rather a new friend. She was exceptionally responsive with any and all questions and acted as a personal guide even before we arrived with packing suggestions! Her recommendations from activities to restaurants to experiences were all spot on making our long overdue vacation an absolute joy! So thankful.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Turquesa and enjoyed a true PR experience, roosters and all! The house itself is a gem - it's tucked away on a side street in a neighborhood with friendly neighbors. The gated parking and other security measures made us feel comfortable, though we didn't feel necessarily unsafe where the house was located. The space in the home is great and well-equipped. Great A/C, ample space, surround sound system and DVDs with TV, comfortable and cozy decor, etc. But by far our favorite aspect of this home was the views - WOW. We loved being able to see the water from inside the home, on the main level balcony (we enjoyed many meals out there while enjoying the island breeze), and, best of all, the rooftop deck. The panoramic views are incredible, and what a nice amenity to walk right up to such a gorgeous private space. We enjoyed sitting out there many times during our stay. The host was helpful, communicative and even assisted us with booking a kayaking trip. The location of the home was fantastic as well - local beaches, restaurants, kiosks, grocery stores, etc. were all close by. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to return again.

Monica was a fabulous host! She was super responsive and helpful. The house was clean, large space and plentiful bedrooms for a big group. The view from the balcony was amazing. We had our coffee out there every morning enjoying the view and the sounds of the birds. This place is a true hidden paradise.

Lovely place, had a great time. well located close to beach and close to town. The swimming pool and playground were great for the kids.

Peppers place was the perfect spot for a getaway we truly enjoyed our stay everything nearby was delicious! So close to the ferry and great beaches. He was super kind met us upon arrival to make sure we were able to get in the gate ok. And was so kind when we requested visits from his sweet puppy who would drop by on occasion for snacks the home was spacious and well kept and it’s for sure a great spot to call home while you’re visiting!

Absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb! The location is perfect — just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by amazing restaurants. The space itself is incredibly spacious, clean, and comfortable, with everything you need to relax and unwind. One of the highlights was definitely the massage chair — such a nice touch after a day out exploring. The hosts were also very welcoming and attentive. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. We’ll definitely be coming back! Highly recommend!

My stay at the cozy apt was lovely and romantic and honestly was the perfect location for a relaxing Fajardo Puerto Rico trip! Gabriel kept in great contact once we arrived and I would definitely stay here again!

This place was perfect! The home was very clean, spacious, and had gorgeous views. Omar was very responsive and helpful whenever I reached out. Each bedroom was clean and the AC felt great after hot days in the sun. The pool was nice and the neighbors were friendly. The location on the beach was unbeatable! I would highly recommend staying here if visiting Luquillo.

We stayed a month here and felt right at home instantly & they are quick to respond. Make sure to do the "secret beach" walk to Playa Escondida--it's one of our favorite beaches with decent snorkeling and fun tide pools. Lots of walkable restaurants, grocery store about 12 minutes away. Traffic can be a little crazy getting there, but if you don't go home during rush hours, then it's fine- make sure to add the toll-road pass to your rental; it will make things much quicker. The A/C units worked great in the rooms. The main unit kept the place cool enough, but it would have been nice to be able to turn it down a bit more. They have plenty of cookware but not much in the way of spices (Italian seasoning is mainly it), so if you are planning to cook, then you'll want to make sure you buy them ahead of time. They have all the beach stuff you'll need and even a medium-sized cooler for you to use, so it is well-stocked in terms of beach items. Pool is also really great, warm with sun!

This was the perfect house for our family trip. The outdoor space around the pool and the patio was AMAZING! We spent so much time outside, and the kids enjoyed having so much to do. There was also a lot to do in the house! We played a ton of pool, and there was lots of space for board games and hanging out. Carlos was a great host, and any issue we had was addressed immediately. One of my daughters has to be gluten-free, and when I let him know, he went out and bought brand new pans for her, so we did not have to worry about cross-contamination. It was a great house for us and we loved our vacation in Puerto Rico.

Great place to stay very secure and close enough to everything on that side of the island.

It was such a beautiful homey and peaceful place! My son and I loved it. It was very comfortable to hang around the garden and the pool. And very easy and quick to get to the beaches, restaurants and to El Yunque. We for sure would love to stay here again. 🩷

Joseph’s place was incredible! My best friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the area. The breathtaking view of the beach right from our balcony was both beautiful and peaceful. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well organized, with everything we could possibly need. Joseph was incredibly responsive and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our comfort. The location was fantastic, with many shops and beaches nearby. If I ever find myself in the area again, I would definitely stay at Joseph’s place.

Our family really enjoyed out stay in Fajardo. We were there from Sunday - Thursday. Many of the restaurants are open from Thursday - Sunday. That limited our options but we always found something to do. One night when we decided to cook in, we found that the propane tank was empty. I messaged Al and he responded right away with suggestions and reimbursed us for the refill of the tank. Everything was clean and directions were clear. We had a baby in our group (16 months old) and the house was perfectly safe for her. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

I cannot say enough great things about our stay at this house! Connie is a wonderful host. From booking day she has been available for questions and gave us so many awesome local places to check out during our stay. She was easily available during our stay for any questions. The location of the home is perfect! The views of the rainforest and ocean are breathtaking. The yard and pool are beautifully maintained and we spent much of our time there enjoying the views nature around us. Very close to Luquillo Beach and the Kiosks, to El Yunque National Forest, snorkel tours, bio bay The home has everything you need from cooking meals and playing games at home to spending a day at the beach. Lots of common areas to hang out as well as quiet areas to retreat to. It was very comfortable! 100% recommend this home if you are traveling to Puerto Rico. We can't wait to go back!
