The house has a ground floor and a sleeping loft. A fully-equipped kitchen. A living room with TV. A WC room with shower/toilet. A loft with 2 bedrooms and a cozy room with TV and WiFi. Bed linen, sheets and towels can be rented if needed. Close to a lake with swimming in the summer.

Rent our pool house! Newly built "apartment" of about 25 sqm with spacious hall, bathroom with laundry facilities and room with kitchen, sofa and 160 cm bed. Bed linens and towels are included, you do not need to bring your own. Parking directly outside is included. You can store your skis or bikes in a locked space, if you wish. Approximately 800 meters to Lugnet's outdoor area with cross-country trails, bathhouses, bike paths and Dalarna University. 3-minute drive to the city center and grocery stores.

I detta nyrenoverade hus anno 1700-talet hittar ni en varm och mysig atmosfär med vackra nejder i Byn Hovgården. Gångavstånd till bad, sjöar och slingriga stigar som väntar på att bli utforskade. Med bil når ni Romme Alpin eller Borlänge Centrum på 12 minuter. Även många andra vackra sevärdheter och naturreservat finns i närheten som till ex. Gyllbergen, Turistvägen Silverringen. Möjlighet att hyra cyklar, kanot, kayak och vedeldad bastu finns. Och vi delar gärna våra favorit platser med er:)

Lugnets arena ligger endast 4 km bort. Upplev Skid-VM 2027 hos oss! Under denna evenemangsperiod erbjuder vi bokningar med en minsta vistelse på fem nätter. Huset är placerat på den lugnare sidan av stadion, vilket gör att du undviker det värsta trafiken vid tävlingarna. På gården finns hästar och katter.

Here you live close to everything you want in Dalarna. Long-distance trails, cycle paths, hiking trails around the hub. Close to slalom slopes such as Romme 34 km, Bjursås 25 km, Källviksbacken 8 km. Walking distance to Falu Mine! Business and centre 2.7 km. Various slalom equipment for children is available to borrow.

One room, private kitchen, bathroom and entrance

Use of bed linens and towels, as well as cleaning, is included. Welcome home to us and our bright guest apartment located in the basement of our villa. You have your own entrance with a code lock and come down the stairs directly into the apartment, which has its own toilet with shower, a kitchenette with fridge and the possibility to cook. We who live in the house are me, Ola and my wife Theresa and our two boys born in 2017 and 2021.
