Holiday rentals in Famy

Booked last Oct4-5 then before checking out, we decided to extend our stay til Oct 6. It was very homey. We were able to relax and sleep well after a tiring day at EK. The host was very friendly and responsive. We already left the place when my friend realized that he left his watch. We were allowed to go back. To my relief, the host was there. She immediately checked the room upon informing her that we left something. 🥰 The guards were also nice. Recommended place to stay 💯

Had a great time with family to celebrate a double birthday and a pearl wedding anniversary. Mahjong and billiards kept us out of our rooms. We didn't even have to stay long in our bedrooms though we could...

Had a wonderful stay at Niama Villas. The bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen are all clean and neat. We loved the bali-inspired interior of the place. Swimming pool is treated and well maintained. Finally, the host Cristina is very accommodating, friendly, and helpful. Would highly recommend this place for a quick getaway from the busy city.

One of the best AirBNBs we've stayed at in Manila so far! The location is great as it's within Eastwood, with lots of dining options nearby and Robinson's Supermarket is a few meters away. The place was beautifully designed and had everything we needed. We cooked our own dinner and didn't have a hard time looking for appliances and utensils as everything's already there. Major plus points for having more than 1 bathrooms as it's time efficient to get ready if you're with a group. This is a corner unit so the view was amazing, with floor to ceiling glass walls. It was spacious enough to fit all of us (we were 4) comfortably. Host was responsive and attentive to our needs. Can't wait to stay here again!

Cozy and clean place, looks exactly as advertised. I've had a minor issue with the front door lock but since the place is inside a guarded village, my stay felt secured. Definitely worth the price and highly recommended.

This location is a bit of a gem depending on what you are looking for. Shopping malls every direction and very walkable. Good Restaurants and such. Strong internet connection although there are occassional outages (maybe once a month). Host was very responsive and got in touch with the internet service provider everytime I needed to get the connection fixed. Building has no cell phone reception so keep that in mind, but like I said the intrlernet connection is fast so not too big of an issue. Host provides a free cleaning once a month for longer stays and did a very good job. 100% recommend for digital nomads and staycationers.

Had a relaxing stay at Aurora’s place. The place was serene and really didn’t expect it to be that peaceful. Pool was nice and my team enjoyed it. It was also convenient that there were sari-sari stores nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a well-spent and relaxing weekend.

I had a nice stay at Angelita's place. It was very clean, private and peaceful and the check in was smooth. Angelita and Julia were extremely responsive and their caretaker, Gina, was very accommodating. I would definitely consider booking again! Thank you Angelita and Julia!

Owner is very pleasant and very accommodating, indeed a super host! This is the place you have to be when you want to stay around the Fort Bonifacio. The whole area is wonderful, with high end resort like amenities and d unit comes with a bonus free parking. If you want peace and privacy, this is your place to be. center of everything but away from all the husle and bustle of city life, plenty of grab and uber around if you dont want to drive. Big supermarket nearby, walkable for some. There’s mini grocery at B1, also water refilling station - all of them near the Admin office, where the parkings are. Description is accurate, kitchen is complete with basic amenities and not so basic amenities😜 everything is in the unit. very nice view of the pool. I assure everyone that the construction nearby wont affect you in anyway. the pool was great, its massive. All in all it was a great stay in Sharmaine’s elegant place, a home away from home.
