The house has indoor swimming pool with electricity/waves that hold 28 degrees. The location is central right between Flesland and Bergen city center, with short distance to the light rail/bus. The house is rented with 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms, and has plenty of space in the living room/kitchen, TV living room, and large terrace. There is a trampoline in the garden. Welcome 😊 Enjoy nature and comfort in beautiful surroundings! The apartment has a separate entrance, at the end of our single-family home. Take a dip in the private indoor pool, located in its own building. Pool heated from mid April through November. In winter, you can rent without a pool – lower price. Work out on the treadmill or enjoy the sea view, inside or from the terrace. Sauna in the boathouse is included in the rent. We rent a kayak, sup board and boat with fishing equipment.

På hytten/ i leiligheren vår ligger alt til rette for at du og familien skal nyte fine dager til fjells. Enten at det er på ski, på fjelltur, fiske i vannet, bade i elver, være ute i naturen eller bare være på hytten. Hytten har 3 soverom og 1 hems. På hemsen er det en 120 cm seng og en seng på 90 cm. Hytten ligger fredlig til, ytterst i et hyttefelt. Her kan du spenne på deg slalomskiene ved inngangsdøren og gå ut i alpintbakken eller sitte på terrassen og nyte utsikten til bakkene.

My place is close to Trollhaugen, Gamlehaugen, Nesttun, Lagunen big center, city railway stop (Paradis), Bergen city center, swimming pool, gym, grocery store and hiking areas. You'll love my place because the apartment is convenient and spacious. Gym with swimming pool, spa, solarium and tennis courts can be used for payment. Short distance to city rail stop. This is NOT the right apartment to throw a party with the gang. No partying allowed! Would love to have a family/child.
