Our beautiful Orchard Cabin is nestled in amongst the apple trees awaiting your visit. It is located a stones throw from the lovely old fishing village of ballyvaughan, that was once the heart of Clare and is now part of the Wild Atlantic Way. Spend a day in the sun on one of many beaches nearby or visit the stunning Burren and its fabulous attractions, such as Aillwee Cave and Birds of Prey Centre, Doolin Cave, Caherconnell Fort and the majestic Cliffs of Moher. Set at the back of my old cottage, offering plenty of privacy, overlooking the vegetable garden and apple trees. Ideal for coastal walk to The Cliffs, ferry to Aran Islands, Doolin with it's mix of traditional music pubs & fine dining. Lahinch beach and The Golf Club. The Burren National Park is 30 min away.

Luishne na Maidne (First blush of Morning) is perched on the north eastern shelf of the Caherragh valley in the heart of Burren, County Clare. It has been famously described as 'having it's own private sky and private horizon'. Here, in this protected landscape, farmers and it's other inhabitants co-exist with nature. It is not commercially developed and it's pastures, hills and fields still resonate the names that were given them by our ancestors.
