One-bedroom apartment, ground floor, one bedroom, large living room and kitchenette (refrigerator, microwave and electric stove with two burners), . fenced property, . private bathroom with shower, . pets welcome, . with tank/pool (8x4x1.2m) and 3 shallow pools in an area of 800m2. . free Wi-Fi. It's included in a farmhouse. We have 4 spaces for rent (from Studios/T0 to T3) and 2 spaces for our family. All have direct access from the outside. Only common areas are shared by guests.

Why Apulia? Because this village is famous due to its nice location bordering the Portuguese North sea shore! The sea water is indeed very cold, but uppon this "small" detail :) Apulia's is for decades recomended by health Professionals due to its high water and air quality rich in Yode. Lanscape and beautifull sunsets are the best. You can find very nice spots to visit and/or just appreciate the richness of the place and smell the sea aroma. Come and see :)

Dunes D'Ofir Village - House 1

This villa is part of the Dunas D'Ofir Village development, located near the beach and features an outdoor pool, garden areas, 1 private parking space, among other perks. The villa consists of two bedrooms with a double bed, a dining/living room, two bathrooms, one shower and a private outdoor terrace with a barbecue and dining table. It is fully equipped, with air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, fireplace, satellite TV, Netflix, surround sound system, etc.

Exceptional location! Magnificent view of the beach, just in front of the private balcony in 2º floor, lots of sun and natural light in all the apartment. A beautiful green park at the other side of the street whith an amazing pedestrian and ciclo via along the Cávado river. The cozy apartment you can see in the photos...is realy nice and super comfortable for 2 persons. Really safe neighborhood all around.
