Pretty in Pink - delightful, cosy chichester house

Delightful two double bedroomed terraced cottage, just 10 minutes walk east of the city centre with its array of tasteful independent shops, restaurants, theatre, cathedral and mainline station. Cosy, comfortable decor and dog-friendly. (One well-behaved dog only please). Gas CH with electric woodburner to living room, downstairs bathroom, recently updated kitchen and secluded and secure courtyard garden. Lovely quiet little road, no through traffic and all local amenities within easy reach.

Fantastic location for all Lymington and the New Forest has to offer. Lots of room for entertaining - bring the family and friends to recharge and explore. Easy walking distance to the Town, Seafront, Marinas, Bars and Quay & ferry to Yarmouth on the Isle of Wight. A very short drive to enchanting New Forest walks. The property benefits from parking for 3-4 cars or a boat. Bookable EV charging. There is a large rear garden which is secure for pets. Split over 3 floors with plenty of privacy.

Located in one of the most beautiful counties in the UK you are surrounded by wonderful countryside. You're free to roam amongst our menagerie of super friendly pet hens, ducks, pigs and our Highland calves. In addition we have our extensive collection of historic vehicles from the Iron Curtain Museum. Woodland walks are close by. Alton Town is just a mile away. Dogs are very welcome but need to be on the lead on the farm. Our two dogs, Mary and Joseph are kept in our private area.

Gurnard is a friendly village with a shop, coffee and cake place, a church, 2 pubs, a couple of cafes and a sailing club and just a 5 minute drive from Cowes with all its amenities.

Petit Palm is very popular and has receives great reviews from guests It is situated in Rustington Village which has a good range of shops, some great places for breakfast, and a few nice restaurants and bars. The property is a short walk to beautiful Rustington beach (12-15 mins walk). Arundel and Goodwood are easily accessible as are Brighton and Portsmouth. Great location for the South Downs as well. We welcome dogs.
